1. Our highest priority is to love God, to love others, and to love ourselves, and to demonstrate that love through work and play that promotes our welfare and also the welfare of the vulnerable and disenfranchised. 

2. We are flexible and agile as we engage in our work, always learning and ready to pivot to meet people’s needs rather than sticking to inflexible plans and requirements.

3. We build a healthy relational foundation with individuals we work with to create a context that facilitates long-term sustainable development.

4. We include input from all affected individuals, including those traditionally disenfranchised, at every stage of any sustainable development initiative we undertake - from ideation to execution to evaluation.

5. We only invest our efforts in individuals, communities, and organizations that are ready to be open and transparent and to do the necessary work for deep change to take place.

6. We wisely use appropriate channels to remain regularly engaged with team members and other stakeholders in the execution of any short-term project or any long-term sustainable initiative.

7. An obvious and validated sustainable change in the quality of the lives of individuals is the primary measure of our success.

8. All outcomes claimed will be tested against established benchmarks for sustainability and longevity.

9. Any wisdom to be derived from research-based approaches will be shared transparently with all team members so they can work effectively together to define the best steps towards a shared goal. 

10. We embrace technology-based tools that enhance outcomes and simplify the work we do.

11. Business initiatives provide a platform for the development of sustainable outcomes that permanently impact the social and economic welfare of the most vulnerable.

12. We welcome ongoing and honest feedback, and there will be regular evaluations of our progress toward a shared vision and a willingness to make any adjustments needed to accomplish our goals.
